48 Person Graduation Tent Rental Package:

Our 48 person graduation package includes a 20ft x 30ft frame tent rental, 6 tables, and 48 chairs. Since the tent is a frame tent, it can be set up on pavement using blocks or staked into the grass. That makes this package more versatile in terms of placement. Options to add for the tent include lighting, sidewalls, and heating/cooling. We have several options for lights to choose from. We recommend our LED string lighting because they provide a bright, warm glow. Depending on the season, thinking about adding sidewalls to the tent is a good idea. We also carry a variety of ways to heat or cool the tent; check out our temperature control options for more details.

This 48 person graduation tent rental package comes with 6 round or rectangle tables. We recommend covering these tables and we carry a variety of linens to achieve that. The 85×85 square linen is a nice cost-effective way to cover the round tables. We also carry other table options like cocktail and café tables that work well in a socially distanced setup. We can even provide tableware if needed and if you need a caterer, we recommend Celebrity Catering.  Other possibilities for rental include a bar and/or chill ‘n fill table. The chill ‘n fill tables are used to keep beverages like cans of pop cold in the summer.

Our 48 person graduation package comes with 48 chairs and you have a selection of 4 to choose from. If you are looking to be more cost-effective, choose our folding chairs. They are sturdy and work well on most surfaces. Furthermore, we carry other chair options that you can look at here.
