80 Guest Max Pole Tent Wedding Package:
Our 80 guest max tent rental package is perfect for a modestly sized wedding.
It comes with a 40ft x 40ft pole tent, 9 round tables, 80 chairs, 3 rectangle tables, and a 16ft x 12ft dance floor. You can always reduce the number of tables and chairs if you do not need so many, or increase the size of the dance floor!
It has 1 center pole and rope and stakes every 10′ around the perimeter. It is all white and peaks at 24′ high!
This pole tent on grass requires a minimum space of 50ft x 50ft, free and clear of all tree limbs, branches, and wires. If you need help measuring your space, give us a call. Our number is (248)238-2400. You have quite a few options that you can add to this tent rental such as sidewalls, lighting, tent drapery swags, tent liner, and temperature control. The drapery is gorgeous for an elegant wedding.
The 9 round tables are to be used for guests and the 3 rectangle tables are used for a head table, food table, or gift card table. You can add more – however, the size of the tent may need to increase. We recommend using table linens on our tables with the exception of the Farm Tables.
Chairs come in standard vinyl folding, padded, Chiavari, cross back farm chairs, or specialty chairs.
Dance floors come in Cherry or Birch colors, please let us know which you choose
Another option to consider with this tent is Tent Flooring. For example, you won’t have to worry about mud if it rains by adding a floor to the wedding tent. You can also rent a carpet or laminate to be placed down on the tent flooring.
Many other items can be added such as sidewalls, lighting, drapery, linens, and temperature control units. Not only can we heat our wedding tents, but we have the ability to cool them down for the summer months.
Lighting comes in a few different varieties such as white cord bistro lights, black cord LED string lights, and uplights. The uplights sit on the ground and illuminate up the sidewalls and have a variety of color options.
Leave room for a Bar and some cocktail tables inside or outside of the tent for strolling.
Can add a separate smaller catering tent or marquee entrance tents if desired.
