40 Person Graduation Tent Rental Package:

This 40 person graduation tent package rental includes a 20ft x 20ft frame tent, 4 tables, and 40 chairs. This tent rental requires a minimum space of 30ft x 30ft to be able to set up. If you are unsure about the space you would like to use, give us a call and schedule a site visit. Our number is (248)238-2400.  This tent is a frame tent so it’s versatile in where it can be placed; you can set this up on almost any hard, level surface using blocks or just staking in the grass. Other tent rental options include renting sidewalls, lighting, and temperature control units. We highly recommend renting the sidewalls along with our heater/air conditioning units. Lastly, we install lighting in our tents such as bistro lighting, LED string lights, and uplighting.

Another product included in our tent rental package is tables and chairs. This particular package comes with 5 round tables and it is strongly recommended that these tables be covered with linens. If you choose the round tables, the 85×85 linen works as a cost-effective way of covering them. We can also provide tableware such as glasses, plates, silverware, and napkins. Other possibilities for a rental to go along with the tent could be cocktail/cafe tables in order to socially distance your party.

There are 2 styles of chairs that you can choose from in this tent rental package. Either option comes in black or white, are sturdy, and comfortable to sit in. We recommend the padded chairs because they’re a nicer looking option between the two.
